Help choosing a hitch Bike Rack for my 2003 Toyota 4runner.?

I’d like to get a bike rack that hooks up to the hitch of my 2003 4runner. I’m only looking to hold about 2 bikes. Have any recommendations that are sturdy and allow me to drive on the freeway?

perfect hitch for bikes right here: http://www.performancebike.com/shop/profile.cfm?SKU=22745&subcategory_ID=4411 I personally use the 4 bike hitch just like this one and as far as hitch mounts go this is the best one I have ever used and I have NEVER lost a bike at all. If there is no store near you then a charge for shipping to your address will be included but it WILL BE WORTH IT! I would even personally guarantee it as long as you assemble it correctly….you will not have a problem and it will fit either 1 1/4" or 2" hitches and I have over 12,000 miles on my hitch and it is still in excellent condition too!

    Hello,

There are a ton of bike racks on the market that will definitely fulfill your needs! I would recommend checking out the current special here which has a few good deals: http://www.discountramps.com/email-promotion/spring-09.htm

Alternatively, if you want something cheaper I recommend you go through the large selection: http://www.discountramps.com/bike-racks-carriers.htm

Hope this helps and just as a tip the racks with the Rubber Strap style clamp are usually preferred over the typical clamp style due to the ease of use and the speed of being able to clamp each bike with the rubber straps compared to the clamp.
