Are hitcher carriers supposed to wobble a little bit?
I have a 2 inch receiver on my hitch and I’m using a adapter within the extension to tighten down the bolt into the receiver and I noticed it wobble a little bit. The same thing happened with my bike rack, maybe 1/4 inch at the most it wobbles. I plan on tying down a cooler and and some sleeping bags and other little misc. camping items I thinking I should be fine. But I wanted to ask someone just in case they have been through this before.
thanks for any feedback
Do you think any of the items tied down would fall off of the carrier? It’s just a flat piece of metal with 2 1/2 inch walls if that.

That’s normal…if it was tight enough to not wobble, you’d have a hard time getting it in and out of the receiver>
